Friday
Bar Lunches are available from 12 midday - 2pm in the Grove Bar.
Bedrooms are available from 2pm onwards.
A four course Table D'Hôte dinner is served
in the main restaurant from 6.30 p.m. until 8.30 p.m.
There is dancing in the Dorset Ballroom from 9pm until midnight.
The main bar is open throughout the night.
Saturday
Full English Breakfast is served in the Hampshire
Restaurant from 8am until 9.30am.
Wine orders, from the well stocked wine list, are taken in the morning
for the festival banquet.
After breakfast, guests may wish to visit Bournemouth town centre for
a spot of shopping.
Bar lunches are available 12 midday - 2pm
The President's Reception is at 5.45pm when the President and his Lady
will receive Brethren, their Ladies and guests, by the Toastmaster with
a photographer in attendance. Full bar facilities are available.
The Festival Banquet commences at 6.30pm in
either the Hampshire Restaurant or Dorset Ballroom, followed by speeches.
The entertainment takes place in the Dorset Ballroom. The Music
plays until 1am. Full bar facilities available throughout.
Sunday
Breakfast is served in the main restaurant from 8am until 9.30am
After breakfast a brisk walk along the cliff top might be in order, returning
for coffee served in the lounges.
Rooms are to be vacated by 10.30am.
Carved Buffet Lunch is served in the main restaurant 12.30pm until 1.30pm.
After lunch it's time to say a fond farewell until next year!

There is a reduced rate for those not attending Friday night, also for
those only attending the Banquet.
